Question by Enviro-Mentally Retarded: So we’ve heard about pets looking like their owners…?
Ok, so we’ve all heard about people’s pets looking like their owners, whether that being true or not, does matter. My question is, Can the pets adopt the same intentions as their owners?
For example, if a dogs owner treats someone like sh*t, will that dog be more likely to piss in that persons house when they visit, compared to someone he treats well?
The reason i ask this is cause my brother has a dog, my brother is a total douchebag and makes my like a living hell every chance he gets. His dog is about 1 year old, and except for the usual newborn behavior, hasn’t done anything drastic, except to me that is.
The first time i sat down and pet him, i had just gotten to my brothers place, took a shower 5 minutes before, and yeah, the dog pissed on my leg.
A few weeks later i visited my brother and slept over that night. I woke up the next morning to see his dog in his cage, managed to get a hold of my backpack and was gnawing away at it.
A few weeks later, i babysat the dog. a few days before, i got my eyebrow pierced. Yeah, u guessed it, damn thing jumped up and bit my eyebrow ring.
Now today, i got home to see thereès a family BBQ going on. Tons of hamburgers on the grill, yummy. 2 of those patties were made specifically for me, without onions, cause i hate onions. So there i am in the kitchen, buns on a plate, patties on the bun, putting some ketchup on the patties where out of nowhere “Swoosh!”, Dog comes up and yanks my plate right off the table, burgers right on the floor. I was able to salvage one Pattie, other one was long gone.
So yeah, like i said, dog doesn’t do anything like this except to me. So my question again:
Can the pets adopt the same intentions as their owners?
