I have a 6 months old yorkie and he is petrified from the pet carrier. I have the one that is black , from cloth , he fits perfectly into it and its like a backpack so that i can be comfortable too. But the thing is that my dog cries so much in it , i cant leave him in there for a long time. I have tried to take him for small rides , living him in for 5-10 minutes, but as soon as i close it , he starts freaking out, bitting the crate, and crying. Eventually i will have to travel ( Im from Europe ) so i need to train him to sit still and be comfortable in it.
Please help !
Ok ,here is the link of the carrier that i similar to the one i have. Its like a back pack , the wholes are small so i cant give him any treats while he is inside.

Do they measure their dog carrier to make sure it’s the right dimension or do they just glance at it. ( I have a Sherpa American Kennel Club Pet Carrier and it’s 1inch over in length so i’m worried) Also do they weigh the bag? If so how much should the bag weigh.
Also Will they sit there and see if my dog can stand up and turn around

With the weight im asking if it weighs over a certain number will they charge more

I went into petco the other day and discovered the MOST remarkable pet carrier I ever laid eyes on!!
it’s a sherpa. was wondering if there are other brands as good as sherpa?
do you have one like this and how does your lil’ one like it?
they look pretty cozy inside for the tiny tot of furs compared to those bulky impersonal plastic or metal cages, eek. [not for my little Balieze,heehee]
